Protection claim reimbursement(s) added to
your seller account will appear on your monthly
billing invoice at the end of your billing cycle.
eBay UK: Buyers taking part in our test will have
to pay immediately for eligible Buy it now items.
If you don't already do so, consider offering
postage discounts. These will be added
automatically when items are added to the
shopping basket. You could also consider
offering free postage.
eBay DE: eBay guarantee is a German specific
initiative combining all aspects of new eTRS2.0
logic and offering a money-back guarantee for
all eTRS2.0 listings. If listings meet full eTRS
2.0 requirements they will show up on ebay.de
as eBay guarantee.

With eBay hassle-free returns, you're protected against buyers who misuse returns. For example,
if you suspect a buyer chose your item description as the reason for their return to avoid paying
return shipping or to circumvent the stated terms of your return policy, just click the "Report a
returns issue" link in My eBay and hold off on issuing the refund.
An eBay customer support agent will promptly investigate. In many cases, eBay will pay return
shipping and even remove any negative feedback.

new and improved sources of objective information about your great service through member-to-
member communications, tracking uploaded to eBay, and other recent advances. We are now
able to remove negative and neutral feedback and low detailed seller ratings from your account in
many situations. These situations are now spelled out in a new expanded Feedback Removal
policy taking effect July 31, 2013.
